Returns & Exchanges
Wrong size or change of mind? Happens to the best of us.
For full-price items, we accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 14 days of your order arriving.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for either:
• A refund back to your original payment method, or
• An exchange, or
• Store credit.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty or damaged.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for any refund or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with tags still attached
• Free from makeup marks, fake tan, deodorant stains, odours, pet dander or damage
• Returned in original packaging and in resale-ready condition
If it looks worn, washed, or well-loved, we won’t be able to accept it back (as much as we admire commitment).
Return Shipping
Who covers it?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll be in touch to confirm next steps.
Faulty or Damaged Items
This one’s on us.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
Contact us HERE with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos
If approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
A Gentle Care Reminder
Our pieces are built to last - but they still need a little respect!
• Wash with like colours (especially black styles)
• Cold, gentle machine wash only
• No soaking - spot stain remover only
• No tumble dryers
• Follow the care tag - it’s there for a reason
Damage caused by incorrect care (like colour transfer or heat damage) isn’t covered by our returns policy.
